About Us

I started 2PawsUp in 2015, when I left my position at UCLA to pursue my love of animals.

As an adult who has been in your shoes, I get it. Of course I love animals -- it's my career. But you need more than that from a pet care provider. You need someone with reliable transportation, who shows up on time, every time, rain or shine. Who has years of experience caring for hundreds of animals, and who knows what to do in an emergency. Someone who is observant enough to alert you when a vet visit may be in order. Someone proactive who can solve problems, instead of calling you at work or on vacation.

You need peace of mind, from someone like me. It's my track record of delivering exceptional service that has allowed me to stay in business over 9 years.

Over 20 years of foster experience

I've been a foster mom for both dogs and cats, from bottle babies to geriatric seniors. I have extensive experience administering medications (both liquid and pills), injections, nebulizers, and subQ fluids. Being so active in the rescue community has given me a breadth of experience that is hard to match.

Apple AirTags

For added peace of mind, I can attach an AirTag to your dog’s collar. It has never happened, but if they were to get away, I would be able to quickly find them without relying on you or a microchip.
